Each quarter CorpInfo-Onica an Amazon Premier Partner hosts our team All-Hands Meeting, where members from all of our offices come together to learn about the company’s current state and future goals. We want to be the people that are on the right side of history. We want to be able to say to our customers through all of the key technology decisions that have been made over the last 30 years, we have successfully survived and iterated, and we are where we are now because we have been on the right side of history.
We are currently scaling up and building a world class team. If we look at the reasons why people want to work here – you have to have a high bar and continually challenge yourself every day – that’s the expectation here.
Some people are at the growing talent stage of their careers. We identify areas that our team is really passionate about individually and then invest in those areas so that we can raise the overall bar and the team. As a result, there is no limit to how fast we can move.
There are thousands of Amazon partners out there, but to be in the top 10 in the U.S. is something we are very proud of. There are very few partners that can say that 25% of their people are pro-level certified, that’s a great accomplishment and we are going to make sure that we continually raise the capabilities of this team.
It’s great to get together with everyone each quarter, but what I really enjoy is getting to know where the business is, where it’s going, and what the goals are. I just want to say thank you for doing these and keeping us all in the loop.
